SMS messaging terms

When you provide your mobile number to the Flatiron Systems Reading Group, you agree to receive recurring SMS notifications about meeting times, locations, and schedule changes. These terms govern that messaging program.

Program description

The Flatiron Systems Reading Group sends text messages to keep members informed about upcoming meetings and changes to the schedule.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The Flatiron Systems Reading Group does not charge for these messages.

Opting in

You opt in by providing your mobile number to the group organizer and agreeing to receive meeting notifications. You may also reply HELLO to subscribe.

Opting out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To resubscribe, reply HELLO again.
